I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially a receptionist named Choi. He really were pretty good too assist me. The hotel itself was beautiful, with fine views from the room. The cleanliness was perfect, and the facilities were great. The location was perfect, being close to the CBD and the Skytrain station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the hotel provided useful information for travelers, including taxi pricing for local tourist attractions, a great help. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I stayed at a hotel in a unique location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. There were several restaurants nearby offering a variety of cuisines, including Thai and Chinese. The hotel was also conveniently located close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a nice view of the city. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of options to suit different tastes.

the service was exceptional, making us feel very privileged. the indoor swimming pool was very impressive with its high, quality amenities, creating a luxurious atmosphere for all guests. the massage services were first, class and we thoroughly enjoyed pampering ourselves in the spa lounge. Our private facilities were exclusive and well, maintained. And lastly, the location was very convenient to explore the city.
The only negative point was the wait time for breakfast at the restaurant. Although the breakfast buffet offered a delicious range of items, the congestion caused some delays.

Amazing river view from the room, excellent service, and delicious food. The Howard lane was the place to be. We were impressed with the clearness, facility, and location. The corner suites are highly recommended for the amazing river view. we highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially receptionist Choi. Beautiful view from the room on the 23rd floor. Good breakfast in the garden. Clean and nice property. Convenient location near a 7/11.
